Part-Time Customer Service Representative - Powhatan (Job #: RMOCP8-3) Part-time position at our Main Office in Powhatan for an experienced retail bank branch Customer Service Representative. In addition to providing a full range of banking products & services to customers, also responsible for closing the branch Monday-Friday, sharing closing responsibilities on scheduled Saturdays, and backing-up the Teller line during shifts, as needed. Qualified applicants must have a minimum of 2 years’ previous retail branch CSR experience in a commercial or savings bank, a stable work history, strong customer service & communication skills, and the proven ability to sell bank services and build customer relationships. Attention to detail, a high degree of accuracy, professional image, good basic computer skills, and retail branch Teller experience (with good settlement record) also required. Must be a team player, dependable, flexible in meeting branch needs, and able to work a regular schedule of: 1:30 – 7:00 PM Monday – Friday, plus 9-12:00 every other Saturday morning. Experience accepting & reviewing loan applications highly preferred.
