If You Score... What Your Score Means
Over 21 points You could be eligible for substantially more credit with a Home Equity Loan than other forms of borrowing, depending upon the amount of equity in your home. A lower score simply means that one of our lending officers will need to work a little harder to try and find a way to approve your loan request. With Home Equity Borrowing, you'll probably save on taxes and interest, too. (Of course, you'll need to consult your accountant or tax advisor.)

This chart is for your information only. Loan self-tests do not include all of the factors we consider in evaluating a loan request such as your payment history and your ability to meet your monthly obligations. We reserve the right of final loan approval.
